This website is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and the specific things that means are set out below rather than asserted.
Every page is rendered at a 390 pixel wide viewport and fails the build if anything scrolls sideways, if body text drops below 16 pixels, if a tap target is smaller than 24 by 24 pixels, if an image has no alternative text or an empty one, if a form control has no programmatic label, or if the page is missing a language attribute or a viewport declaration. Fonts are self-hosted, so nothing is fetched from a third-party font CDN.
Separately, no link on this site is underlined and no link relies on colour alone: every one of them is either a heading, a button, or a phrase in a sentence that reads as a link by weight and colour together.
The whole site is reachable by keyboard, every interactive element shows a visible focus ring, and a skip link to the main content is the first thing in the tab order. The decorative ticker band at the foot of the home page hero is hidden from assistive technology and contains nothing clickable. The map on the contact us page is an embedded frame titled to the area it shows, not to a generic pin.
Motion respects the reduced-motion preference. With it set, entrance animations and the ticker do not run, and in-page links jump rather than glide.
Two things, named rather than left for you to find. The embedded map is Google's markup, not ours, and its internal controls are outside our control. And the enquiry form puts its visible field hint INSIDE the input rather than above it, which is a house design standard; every field also carries a permanent programmatic label, so a screen reader announces it correctly, but the visible hint does disappear once you start typing.
If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, say so and it gets fixed. The quickest route is the enquiry form on any page, and you do not need to describe the technical detail: the page and what you were trying to do is enough. The pages most likely to be affected are the ones with the most furniture on them, which are the ones under plumbing and drainage services.
